Job Description

As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multiple CNC machines within your designated cell. This role requires hands-on experience with CNC Mills, particularly those with Fanuc and Haas controls. You will work from blueprints, tooling instructions, and work instructions, ensuring the accurate machining of components. Additional responsibilities include editing programs, performing tooling changes, and maintaining documentation.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Mills.Work with Fanuc and Haas controls.Operate multiple machines simultaneously.Read and interpret blueprints, tooling instructions, and work instructions.Edit programs and complete tooling changes as needed.Compute data such as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times.Collaborate with supervisors, programmers, engineers, and support teams to resolve issues.Rotate between various department work centers as required.Load and unload component piece parts up to 25 lbs.Maintain accurate documentation.Essential SkillsAt least 3+ years of CNC Milling experience.High school diploma or GED.Proficiency in reading and editing G&M codes.Ability to read blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsCNC programming experience.CNC schooling or certification.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr.
