As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Define machining sequences and production work orders + Assemble and prepare tools and equipment for further usage during the production process + Prepare, complete and install tools and/or clamping devices, enters processing data and simulates production process + Operate work order related production program, checks results and corrects program if necessary + Control and document work order progress, problems, machine time, materials used and may oversee activities of auxiliary personnel + Carry out minor maintenance work and cooperation with maintenance to identify and to resolve failures + Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times **Your Qualifications** Required: + High school diploma or GED equivalent + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English + Ability to operate medium-complex machinery in a manufacturing environment + Good visual acuity + Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required + Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred: + Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating and programming complex machines in a manufacturing environment + Experience working with power tools + Ability to read and interpret Blueprints **Our Offering** + Salary Range: $25.30 - $28.45 + 2nd and 3rd shift premium available + Hiring Bonus: $1,500 paid out in steps + Medical, dental and vision insurance + Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match + Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits (https://schaefflerbenefits.com/) As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
