Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $28.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.Set up machines, load materials, and perform basic programming or adjustments as needed.Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality assurance.Identify and troubleshoot machining or programming issues to minimize downtime.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.CNC Operator Qualifications:
Prior experience operating CNC machines required.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
