Currently seeking a CNC Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Franklin, MA.

Responsibilities of CNC Operator:
Set-up and program CNC machines
Safely operate CNC machines to produce machined parts
Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed to ensure tolerances are met
Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and other written instructions
Perform inspection of finished parts and identify defects or issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Use AutoCad and other 2d drawing software
Maintain production records
Complete other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of CNC Operator:
Previous experience in CNC machine operation
Experience using AutoCad, HSM Works, Solidworks, and 2d drawing software required
Knowledgeable of CNC programming languages
Excellent computer skills
Self-starter
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Time management and organizational skills

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday OR 3:00pm-11:30 pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $27-$29.00/hr
