In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be:
Determines procedure, machining sequence, and dimensions of finished workpieces. Capable of identifying tool wear and interpret Quality Lab CMM reports. Able to use and interpret various gages and recording instruments. Loads fixtures according to work instructions. Identifies and advises Tool setters / Job setters of needed cutting tool changes. Measures work pieces for conformance to specifications. CNC Workgroup = Mori-Seiki Bar Cell Multiplex/Palletech/Haas Cells (Measured Day Work) Propress/Makino machines Supports and adheres to all Safety, 5-S, ISO, Lean Manufacturing, Quality and Machine efforts and responsibilities.WHO YOU ARE:

High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to add & subtract decimals & fractions Required to convert fractions to decimals Outstanding attendance Excellent teamwork skills Candidates can work any shift, have strong mechanical proficiency, lift up to 50 lbs, and function effectively in a manufacturing environment.
