CNC Operator
**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Responsible for either running a manual machine or manual manufacturing process. The role involves manufacturing sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand. + Set up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature. + Follow established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping. + Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing. + Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing facility + Some type of machine operation experience + Proficiency in CNC, lathe, mill, machining, calipers, CNC mill, CNC lathe, micrometer, programming, manual, Fanuc, Haas, tooling, axis, Mazak, milling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-2 years of work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment + Prior relevant training or work experience **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive hourly wages with differential pay for second and third shifts. The available shifts are 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) with a .33 cent differential and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) with a .55 cent differential. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift for about 3-6 weeks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Arkansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
