This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that specializes in manufacturing complex aerospace components, kits, and assemblies for engines, airframes, and rockets. **Schedule:** + Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM + Friday: Flexible 6 hours OT **Job Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate complex, precision machining jobs with minimal supervision + CNC programming, editing, and set-up experience is a plus + Maintain tight tolerances within .0002" + Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial gauges + Follow all standard quality procedures, including machine setup, operation, inspection, documentation, and material handling + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and perform preventative maintenance as needed **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required + 1–3 years of CNC operation or machining experience + Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment + Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your machining career, apply today! **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
