**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ **Read & Interpret Blueprints:** Set up and operate CNC machines using detailed technical drawings.
+ **Program & Optimize:** Use your expertise with FANUC, MAZATROL, and G&M codes to program and optimize cutting paths, ensuring precision and quality.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Perform tests to ensure every product meets stringent design specifications and quality standards.
+ **Troubleshooting:** Resolve issues as they arise, keeping production running smoothly.
+ **Maintenance & Training:** Take pride in performing machine maintenance and helping to train the next generation of operators on CNC machines and programming techniques.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Always be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency and quality while maintaining safety standards.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Experience:** Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a must.
+ **Attention to Detail:** You’ll be working with precise blueprints and need to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
+ **Problem Solvers:** Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.
+ **Independence & Teamwork:** Ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
+ **Positive Attitude:** A can-do, professional attitude that inspires others.
+ **Flexibility:** Must be available for occasional overtime when needed.
+ **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of CNC experience.
+ Technical machining certificate or training preferred but not required.
+ Skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Familiar with tools like FANUC, MAZATROL, G&M Codes, and others.
+ Previous experience with CNC Mills, Lathes, and other manufacturing machinery.
+ Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
