CNC Press Brake Operator

Job Description

Our client located in Scarborough, Ontario, is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator.

This will be a day shift position (8 hour per day)

Pay rate- $22-26/hr.

Starting: ASAP

This is a Temporary to Permanent position

RESPONSIBIITIES:

Operate CNC press brake to form material according to drawings or part specification. Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches and work orders to determine job requirements. Set up press brake, install appropriate tooling and program machine according to part specifications Organize and maintain clean work space. Perform various first off and production inspections to ensure parts are confirming to drawings. Work closely with programmer and laser operator to calculate blank sizes, bend allowances and confirm part specifications. RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience operating press brake in Canada. Experience with Delem controller preferred. Able to work safely and efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge with ability to trouble shoot machine and job challenges. Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
