Key Responsibilities Process Development & Optimization: Design, configure, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and repeatability. Risk Assessment: Identify potential process risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues. Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in CNC process engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering. Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and process optimization. Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or other industry-specific standards. Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
