Job Title: CNC Programmer Job Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to write machining programs using Esprit and/or Mastercam CAM software. The role involves providing technical expertise and support to the production floor, as well as process documentation to the planning department, including set-up sheets, perishable tooling, and in-process inspection requirements. The ideal candidate will investigate process problems affecting manufacturing and quality assurance and recommend improvements to enhance performance, increase reliability, and decrease costs. Responsibilities + Write machining programs using Esprit and/or Mastercam CAM software. + Provide technical expertise and support to the production floor. + Supply process documentation, including set-up sheets, perishable tooling, and in-process inspection requirements to the planning department. + Investigate and resolve process problems affecting manufacturing and quality assurance. + Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes for better performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Essential Skills + 10+ years of experience in programming multi-axis CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment. + 5+ years of experience in Aerospace. + Proficiency in machining materials from aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and alloy steels. + Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems and documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with CNC lathe and mill operations. + Proficiency in using Mastercam and Esprit software.
