What We Offer: Pay of $30.00 – $35.00/hr First Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Direct-hire opportunity Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED 5+ years of CNC manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred) 2+ years of CNC programming experience Strong knowledge of machine shop tools and precision measurement CAD/CAM experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to lift 26–50 lbs What You’ll Do as a CNC Programmer/Machinist: Create, review, and edit CNC machining programs Set up and run multi-axis CNC mills and lathes, including first article inspections Maintain programming files and databases for each part and machine Provide technical support and training to machinists and operators Contribute to process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives Support quoting by providing accurate production cost inputs Perform machine adjustments to meet specifications and quality standards Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
