Summary: Seeking an experienced Sr NX CNC Programmer to develop and write programs for numerically controlled machines in the aerospace sector.

Job Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in NX CNC Programming

Working knowledge of NX/Unigraphics and Vericut

Knowledge of reading blueprints

Proficient in Geometrical, Dimensioning, and Tolerancing

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 5-axis machining

Aerospace metals expertise

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and write programs for numerically controlled machines using engineering specifications and drawings

Analyze engineering drawings to define part configurations and determine machine operation sequences

Select appropriate cutters considering speeds, types, feeds, and control system limitations

Choose program routines for efficient computer calculations of dimensional and machining requirements

Test and modify existing parts programs for engineering changes or improvements
