POSITION SUMMARY

To be responsible for the functional support Liquid Bulk business to meet the business requirement to drive customer satisfaction by effective, efficient and safe scheduling service that optimizes supply chain costs and performance levels.

负责支持大宗液体业务的发展和满足客户的业务需求，确保为客户服务过程中的安全，优化供应链成本和绩效水平，提供高效率，拉动客户服务满意度的提升。

Nature and Scope:

The job holder is the primary focus for the optimization of the Production and Distribution interface activities for the Liquid Bulk Business. This includes ensuring that the functionality of the Logistics / Scheduling tools is fully utilized and exploited and that the utilization of the physical distribution resource is optimized.调度职位候选人需优先关注大宗液体业务工厂生产和配送优化，包括物流、调度优化工具被充分利用和执行、实际配送资源达到优化使用。In addition to optimization of the existing system the job holder must constantly focus on continuous improvement and identify all opportunities for increased productivity, reduced cost, improved service levels. Once identified these must be formally proposed and reviewed with the appropriate management teams and driven to a conclusion.在现有系统优化的基础上，候选人必须关注持续改善，在工作中寻找可以提高效率、降低成本、改善服务水平的机会。确认有效改进行动后，积极和相关管理团队提议、讨论、实施以达到结果。A key challenge for the job holder is to ensure that whilst holding Safety as a fundamental necessity the correct balance between Customer Service requirements and Supply Chain optimization is maintained.安全管理意识是此岗位基本原则，按要求执行配送驾驶时间的管理，在安全管理、客户服务需求和供应链优化中达到正确的平衡。

Principal Accountabilities:

Provide uninterrupted supply to our customers through a network of trips built to minimize variable distribution cost.为大宗液体客户建立不间断供应、最低成本的运输配送网络；Ensure the continuing optimization of the Logistic for their business area by focusing on full and effective usage of our Logistic Tools.通过对物流工具的有效使用，对负责区域客户配送进行持续物流配送优化；Working with local distribution team ensure smooth delivery with efficient and align with the local restriction, rules and licensing. 和本地运输团队积极合作，保证配送执行顺利、有效，并符合本地运输管理规定和证件要求；Tank inventory balancing by working with Tactical Planner and Plant operation team.和策略计划员、工厂运行团队协作工作，有效管理工厂储罐液位水平；Able to communication with local drivers to ensure scheduler trips to be smoothly delivered.和驾驶员团队积极沟通和跟踪，确保配送计划行程被顺利执行，货物及时送达客户；Maintain, input, and ensure accuracy of Liquid Bulk Shell data accurate and updated accordingly whenever changes happen and necessary.维护和输入LB Shell系统相关数据，根据需要及时更新，确保LB Shell系统数据及时准确维护；Follow up & Monitoring tightly and Fast Responding on all the schedule trips, customer’s tank level, road/ traffic conditions, weather changes, SAFETY is the fundamental.紧密跟踪配送行程的执行，对配送过程中发成的异常情况进行及时响应，比如：客户储罐液位监控、道路突发情况、天气异常引起的配送问题，安全是最根本的原则。Investigate and follow up complaint and delivery failure that related to all Deliveries.调查和跟踪配送产生的客户投诉和送货失败问题Response to all the emails, calls, messaging and others timely.回复所有的邮件、电话、信息系统，做到及时响应Be available for After Hour, Week-end, Shift Rotation and Holiday support接受灵活的轮班工作时间制度：包括夜班、周末、节假日轮班。

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

Ideally candidates would have a recognized specialized qualification in some area of Logistics or Supply Chain Management and a degree in engineering or mathematics or others business relevant.大专以上，物流供应链、工程或者数学相关的专业Ideally would have experience of physical distribution management.有物流配送相关经验为优Must be a self-motivator, positive thinker, and grow mind set. 有成长型思维，善于自我激励，积极思考。Must be an excellent communicator and understandable in dealing with both internal and external contacts at all levels.需具有优秀的沟通和理解能力，有良好的书面表达能力，善于处理内部和外部各种沟通。Able to be multitasking with logical thinking.多任务工作环境中做到合理的逻辑思考Microsoft skills is a must.办公自动化技巧熟练Able to work under high pressure. 承压能力强Good team player.良好的团队协作精神Willing to work on shift rotation.愿意接受轮班制工作Morning Shift from 0800-2000, Noon Shift from 0900-1800 and Night Shift from 2000-0800 (next day) Daily Shift can be adjusted according to the company's business situation.
