MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Developer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as CNO SME and responsible for the development of front-end and back-end applications.Implement common services such as enterprise identity, credential, and access management.Implement modeling and communication capabilities that support integration, and inter-program synchronization.Guide continual improvement of development process and supporting Agile execution.Perform development of the conceptual and detailed design of UP applications in consideration to:Deployment of commercial or open source softwareDevelopment of custom CNO softwareSystem configuration modificationsDebugging and optimizationCollaborate with developers, system engineers, tester, operators, and customer program management to ensure quality product deliverable.Work within a Scaled Agile Framework Team environment.Work with stakeholders and customers to achieve a Certificate to Field (CtF) for software built by tenant application teams.Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation such as charts and graphs to record and present results.Explain complex issues to others in a manner that facilitates informed decision making.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or High School Diploma with 8 years of experienceExperience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologiesExperience with technical requirements analysis, dependency resolution, risk management, task tracking, and schedule managementExperience interfacing with customer leadership, user community members, and teams of software developersExperience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLabPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline implementations.Experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Certificate to Field (CtF) processes.Experience with conflict resolution and team building.Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to present technical details to audiences of varying technical depth.Certification in Scaled Agile execution.Clearance Requirements:
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearancePhysical Requirements:
