Associate In-House General Counsel position with an established management company in Topeka, Kansas which is searching for an associate specializing in commercial development, real estate transaction, corporate governance in addition to other matters that arise from time to time. The ideal candidate would assist General Counsel and the executive & management team with advising on contracts, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, financial matters, and all other matters in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate must be able to work independently and be able to work in an ever-changing, challenging environment, and exercise excellent judgment in a small legal department and trust to have accountability and ownership of their own work.
