Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation treatment and support services to those individuals who are most challenged with their serious mental illness. The work is sometimes challenging and always rewarding by engaging with persons we serve and co-workers as we all learn, grow, and thrive. Provides highly individualized services for enrollees who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Assesses history and current needs/preferences of the person served in the areas of mental health and substance use Works with the person served and the team to develop integrated mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions Provides clinical leadership for PACT staff in the area of co-occurring treatment Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field Must have CADC/LCADC required in accordance with the Alcohol and Drug Licensing and Certification Act Valid driver’s license required A minimum of two years’ experience providing dual disorder/co-occurring services About Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services facilitates, promotes, and fosters recovery from mental illness and co-occurring problems.
