Residential Intensive Support Team (RIST) RIST is an intensive residential support program designed to address the needs of individuals who may require intensive but varying degrees of residential support in the transition from hospital to community living. Bridgeway’s RIST programs are comprehensive and flexible mobile teams skilled in state of the art interventions that provides person centered recovery and wellness services to people re-entering the community from a psychiatric hospital. The work is sometimes challenging and always rewarding by engaging with persons we serve and co-workers as we all learn, grow, and thrive. Provides direct services to individuals to secure and maintain permanent housing Assesses history, current needs, and preferences of persons served in the areas of mental health and substance use Works with persons served and the team to develop integrated individualized mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology or criminal justice; Master’s degree preferred CADC required A minimum of 2 years’ paid, progressive work experience in co-occurring/integrated dual disorder Treatment services or human service experience with strong knowledge of addictions Experience as a person in recovery preferred Disclosure: Those who disclose they are in recovery must have 2 years’ clean time Valid driver’s license required About Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services facilitates, promotes, and fosters recovery from mental illness and co-occurring problems.
