**The Delta Cargo Marketing and Communications team is seeking one Co-op for full-time alternating rotations based in Atlanta, GA, in line with the schedule below:**
+ Fall 2025 – 1st rotation
+ Summer 2026 – 2nd rotation
+ Spring 2027 – 3rd rotation
As part of the team responsible for communicating to worldwide customers and employees, this individual will be supporting key marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities May Include:
+ Identify innovations and improvements to current processes (e.g., social media, website, events).
+ Assist with creation of impactful employee and customer initiatives, communications and collateral.
+ Research and develop content for LinkedIn
+ Draft customized communications including PowerPoint presentations, letters, talking points and website content.
+ Conduct internal surveys as needed.
+ Support company’s goal of open, honest and direct communications.
+ Assist with internal or external event planning as needed.
**About Delta Cargo**
Much as Delta Air Lines helps passengers reach their destinations, the Cargo division serves companies in the safe and efficient transport of a wide range of freight, including everything from mail to live animals and life-saving pharmaceuticals.
Departments within the Cargo commercial division sell cargo space in the belly of Delta’s passenger aircraft, set rates and control inventory space, track freight and resolve customer problems. Additionally, our operational teams safely move cargo from a warehouse location to airport ramp areas and ensure proper delivery onto the appropriate aircraft. The Cargo Commercial team includes Global Sales, Alliances, Product and Marketing/Communications.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution.
+ At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.
+ Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Fall 2025, Summer 2026, and Spring 2027.
+ This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters.
+ Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op.
+ Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce.
+ Candidate is team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Strong organizational, project management, problem solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills are essential.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required.
+ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ Preferred Marketing, Communications, Public Relations majors.
+ Graphic design, video and/or photography skills.
