Co-op, Flight Operations – Propel Pilot Career Pathway Program
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) + Commit to a 3-semester structuredrotation with the same team, fostering continuity and deep collaborationthroughput the co-op experience. + Assist in creating and updating data-driven reports to share findings,progress, and recommendations with stakeholders and leaders. + Assist with candidate tracking efforts, including progress and budgets + Engage in data validation, quality assurance, and documentation efforts toensure precise and consistent analytical outcomes. + Assist with program marketing andcommunications to include newsletters, presentations, events, and social media. + Co-Ops will have exposure to other departments within Flight Operations,including but not limited to: Flight Training & Standards, FlyingOperations, Line Operations, Crew Resources & Scheduling, Pilot Hiring& Development, and Simulator Support to learn about the industry and gainvaluable life experience. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Undergraduate students in pursuitof a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration,Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or similar in a 4-yeardegree program (Note: this role is not intended for a student pursuing aprofessional pilot career) + Must be available for three (3) alternating semesters + Must be able to present themselves professionally and effectively communicatewith various levels of leadership + Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communicationskills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint + Proficiency in basic data analytics + Willingness/ability to learn new skills + Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles. + Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personaldata. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high schooldiploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and hasauthorization to work in the United States.
