Co-op, HR Analytics and Insights (Fall 2025)
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The HR Analytics and Insights team is seeking a Co-Op to leverage their passion in data management, reporting and analytics to support the HR team at Delta. The Co-Op will work closely with the HR Reporting and Analytics team creating multi-functional data extracts from enterprise-wide data sources in-order to maintain/enhance applications, develop reports and analyses, visualize data creatively, and create documentation & automated processes. The Co-Op will directly interact with multiple internal client groups from HR, Finance and Operations to coordinate the automation of production reports, development of ad hoc data reports and intake of requirements. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Mustbe enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-yearacademic institution + At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale + Must be available to work on a full-timebasis for 3 alternating semesters: **Fall 2025, Summer 2026, and Spring2027** + This position requires student to work for 3alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive ofonline or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which maydelay graduation by 1-2 semesters + Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta,GA office for the duration of the Co-op + Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guaranteea full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation.
