Co-op, OnBoard Services (OBS) - Operations Optimization and Support (Summer 2025)

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The On-Board Services (OBS) co-op will deliver data-driven solutions, automate manual processes, and create user friendly reports / applications. Co-op will work with variety of cross-functional partners from invoicing team to assist in cost savings to operations in optimizing time and efforts spent. Help identify existing processes and solutions that can be improved on reliability and robustness through a strong problem-solving framework.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
+ This position requires you to work for 2-3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
+ Students must be able to complete the below schedule while actively enrolled in school:
+ Summer 2025
+ Spring 2026
+ Fall 2026
+ Undergraduate students in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems in a 4-year degree program
+ Must be available for three alternating semesters
+ Candidate is team oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
+ Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills are essential
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power Platform, i.e. Power BI, Automate, and Apps
+ Proficiency in Python, SQL or similar database query tool knowledge is strongly preferred
+ Knowledge of data modeling / structures and ETL using tools like AWS Lambda
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
