**Job Summary** The Co-Op program provides the student with a broad knowledge of how the Papa John’s development team will transform an idea from site selection to production. We are looking for an individual who enjoys conducting research and exploring the results. The qualified candidate will work a total of 24 hours researching and importing data into our master leasing database while supporting the greater team. With this opportunity, you will work one day at the Atlanta corporate office and two days at home. **Duties and Responsibilities** · Work cross-functionally with various development team members to improve your leadership, analytical and project management skills.   · Conduct virtual site research for new and existing stores that will help support business decisions. · Train and work alongside real estate professionals to review lease agreements and terms while documenting your findings into an internal database. · Manually analyze, research and record site findings and characteristics by using interactive maps, and other internal tools that are available. · Gain exposure to real estate site packages and commonly used business terms.   · Acquainted with data modeling and business decision making to improve outcomes. **Education, Experience & Certifications** · Must be actively enrolled in an accredited University or Business College for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, master’s, and/or MBA.  · Required enrollment focus on Real Estate/Business. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital maps. · Junior or Senior at an accredited University.  · Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.  **Functional Skills** · Analytical Skills: effectively uses data to generate insights for operations excellence. · Planning & Prioritization: highest impact, highest value · Financial & Business Acumen · Communicates Effectively and Candidly · Problem Solving; ability to use rigorous logic to solve problems with innovative effective solutions. · Process Improvement: Strive to continually improve. · Ability to build and leverage talent. · Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and to adapt to new situations as they arise. · Ability to effectively communicate, inform, and influence senior leaders. · Ability to work cross-functionality on multiple initiatives with a successful record of advancing projects.
