Job Purpose:     This position will allow a driven, hard-working and dedicated candidate to gain experience in the finance department of a significant family-owned and growing group of manufacturing companies with exposure to the senior finance staff, but also to the company’s plant finance organization and systems

Job Responsibilities:

Become familiar with cost accounting and support with standard costingLearn about setting up standard costs, Bill of Materials and routingsWork in linking the costing and quoting/pricing processesParticipate in process improvement opportunities

Additional Information: 

20 hours flexible part-time employment Fall, Summer, & Spring semester

Experience / Skills:

The ideal candidate will be working towards either his/her Bachelor’s (completing at least his/her junior year) majoring in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Data Analytics a plus
