Co-Op/Intern - Master Planning & Logistics (May 2025; Aerospace) - 4 - 12 months

Your Key Responsibilities Run MRP to determine demand.  Ensure MRP master data is maintained. Manage order quantities and scheduling to meet demand and capacity (DCC). Level weekly order sequence planning on a daily basis.  Eliminate bottlenecks (both internal and external). Provide schedules showing order sequence. Monitor deliveries (manufacturing and suppliers). Ensure material availability (date/ quantity). Sustain a strong communication structure with production and customer sales. Support inventory and cost reduction activities. Support the implementation of lean methods and inventory visualization systems. Manage inventory levels to meet or exceed budget Maintain departmental records and files Your Qualifications Enrolled in a post-secondary education in materials management, production planning, purchasing or related discipline. Eligible for a co-op or internship through your college or university for 4 - 12 months. ASCM certification or enrollment is an asset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a manufacturing environment is required. The incumbent must have strong planning, organizing and presentation skills Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, ERP software), basic understanding of business administration and multi-task oriented.
