You’ll join WSP’s Talent Acquisition Coordination team as a Co-op, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding talent solutions across Canada. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals—including hiring managers and Talent Acquisition specialists—to help streamline hiring processes, manage requisitions, and ensure compliance with WSP’s standards. **What you can expect to do here:**
+ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers to coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
+ Create and launch new hiring requisitions using Oracle Recruiting Cloud for the Global Capability Centre and provide requisition creation support to hiring managers and talent acquisition specialists as needed.
+ Conduct audit and quality control checks on open requisitions to ensure alignment with WSP's Global Employee Value Proposition, including verifying accuracy in content, formatting, and external market view.
+ Guide stakeholders to ensure compliance with talent acquisition related processes and policies.
+ Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate with colleagues across business lines.
+ Take ownership of assigned tasks, seek feedback, and drive operational excellence.
+ Investigate, prioritize and respond to internal and external talent acquisition related inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and delivering a client-focused experience
+ Other duties as assigned.
**What you’ll bring to WSP**
+ You must be currently enrolled in a recognized co-op undergraduate program in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
+ Interest in talent acquisition, HR, or business operations.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
+ Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency with MS Suite of products; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an asset.
+ Resourceful, energetic, and eager to learn.
+ Bilingualism (French & English) is a must.
