We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in 6-month paid intern opportunities at our site in New Kensington. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. **Your role:** + The goal of this position is to support Design, Development, and Validation of automated solutions for groups ranging from new product development, design V&V, Reliability, and service. + _Solutions will support multiple business units inside and outside the SHRC organizations to enhance testing capabilities._ + _Individuals will learn to utilize standard development procedures and project management skills to understand and address customer needs to ensure they are met and to ensure higher confidence and reliability in products released to market_ **You're the right fit if:** + You are pursuing a Bachelors in biomedical engineering, Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or computer engineering + The intern would play a role in tasks ranging from developing software solutions and developing electro-mechanical solutions to automate testing. + Knowledge of software programing, experience with C#, C++, python and labview. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   Details about our benefits can be found here.
