Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Co-op Trainee Document Controller - Saudi National to join our team!

In this role, you will learn and assist in maintaining and managing critical project documentation, ensuring accurate and efficient control of project records.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in managing, organizing, and distributing project documents according to Parsons' document control procedures.Ensure proper document tracking, version control, and accurate logging of all documents.Work closely with project teams to maintain up-to-date and accessible documentation, ensuring all project stakeholders have the latest versions.Review documents for completeness and compliance with Parsons' standards before submission.Support the submission of documents to clients, regulatory authorities, and other external parties.Maintain accurate document registers and ensure timely archiving and retrieval.Assist in preparing regular reports on document control activities, including potential delays and document status.Ensure confidentiality and proper security of all project-related documentation.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Incumbent must be in the final year in his/her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Communication, Public Relation, English Major.

Saudi national, with 0 to 1 year of experience in document control, administration, or a similar role (internship experience is also welcome)..

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Basic knowledge of document control processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).A proactive approach to improving document control processes and resolving issues.
