Master concepts linked to coaching, strengths, employee engagement and management principles to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential in all aspects of their lives Lead courses that empower leaders to develop teams, attract the right talent, build exceptional workplace cultures and drive performance outcomes Grow your expertise in Gallup’s research and insights to configure course materials that meet clients’ learning goals and business demands

What you need:

An bachelors degree, preferably in business, psychology or sociology, required At least three years of experience in learning and development, training, facilitation, or management coaching required Full fluency in Vietnamese and at least intermediate-level proficiency in English required Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification preferred International Coaching Federation certification a plus Availability to work different hours day to day and week to week based on client needs Eligibility to work in Vietnam required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
