About the Role:
As a Coach Engagement & Activation Specialist, you will be the catalyst who transforms under-engaged Directors of Talent into active contributors to the All State Game nomination process. This contract role is designed for a highly energetic and creative communicator who thrives on direct outreach and personalized engagement. You will work 15–25 hours per week over an 8–10 week period. Your efforts will be critical in nurturing relationships, providing hands-on support, and iterating strategies to drive measurable success.

1. Excellent Outreach & Communication Personalized Communication: Initiate and sustain direct contact with coaches via phone calls, direct messages, LinkedIn, social media, and email. Craft personalized messages that resonate with each recipient’s context and challenges. Daily & Weekly Follow-Ups: Execute an outreach calendar with scheduled check-ins, ensuring no coach is overlooked. Provide clear, actionable next steps during every interaction to keep activation momentum high. Real-Time Feedback: Listen actively to coaches’ concerns, questions, or barriers and relay insights to the team. Quickly adapt and iterate on messaging based on the feedback you receive. 2. Organized Relationship Management Tracking & Documentation: Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all interactions using our activation tracking tools and spreadsheets. Record successes, setbacks, and patterns to help refine outreach processes. Strategy Iteration: Collaborate with team members to review engagement data, learn from each outreach cycle, and implement iterative improvements. 3. People Person w Team Collaboration Skills Feedback Loop: Participate in regular team debriefs and strategy sessions to share insights, challenges, and potential process enhancements. Documentation & Best Practices: Assist in developing a “playbook” or checklist that documents best practices for coach activation, ensuring that the process is repeatable and scalable.
