Coaching and Development Coordinator II

Job Summary:

This Coaching & Development Coordinator II position will support programs (Site) as well as the centers they reside in all capacities as described, but not limited all assigned responsibilities. This position will focus on both agent and peer to peer coaching, leadership, and development training.


Responsibilities:

Manage the PeaQ Performance Qoaching training, reporting and follow upsEnsure sQan Employee Documentation usage by all supervisors and managers - conduct and provide feedback on sQan Employee Documentation Audit for assigned programsEnsure that all leaders complete their corporate training goals and yearly refreshersWork with all program managers to identify and develop/implement supervisor training opportunities and action plansCoordinate with program training managers regarding client needs and training expectations regarding leadership development and trainingConduct training observations, review survey feedback and create development plansConduct all new leader welcomesSupport program training rampsConduct Lunch and LearnsConduct Group or 1:1 coaching sessions with leaders from assigned groupsAll other tasks assigned


Skills Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in a facilitative or related roleTraining and/or Coaching Experience – Certified CoachPreviously completed PeaQ Performance Qoaching Workshop a plus (Internal Candidates)Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) Certification a plus (former CPLP)


Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior/Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related discipline from an accredited university 


Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
