Job Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate Monitoring Process with partners and community

Assist a to develop/set up AP level monitoring system to ensure reliability and accuracy of AP level data (qualitative and quantitative) for data quality assuranceDevelop appropriate field-based monitoring plan (including process monitoring system) with the support of technical DME Department (including PNS and grants)Regular analysis and interpret of monitoring data carried out for each TPs and relevant data shared appropriatelyTimely collection and dissemination of data, information verification and feedback to AP Managers of Coastal area, field team, Zonal Monitoring Coordinator and DME DepartmentEnsure effective Horizon implementation process with the support of DME DepartmentMaintain database for each TPs and updating demographic data for decision makingIncrease capacity of field staff to ensure program quality

Activities

AP level monitoring system set up to track collected data, following up with field staff to ensure timely collection of data  Ensure monitoring information were used to adjust the program intervention towards program/project objectives and captured in SAR/AR reportsProvide quality monitoring information to AP managers of Coastal, Zonal Monitoring Coordinator, NO DME department and other partnersNecessary monitoring information has prepared and providedEnsure all programs/projects use Horizon for monitoring process. Ensure AP design and structured data migration to Horizon system Update the partners and relevant stakeholders on required and minimum DME process, standards and systems Conduct a regular visit to the APs of Coastal area to ensure the all-project staff understand their roles and responsibilities in collecting, analysing and using data for decision making and work with field staff to operationalize output and outcome measurement and data collection using established process. DME update information sharing ensure

Reporting

Review MMRs and submitted to AP Manager and provide highlight/feedback to AP ManagerPrepare and draft of Program Management Reports at AP level (Semi-Annual Reports/Annual Reports), grant and PNS report and government reports to AP Managers of Coastal area MMR reviewed and provided highlights/feedback to AP Managers of Coastal area Semi- Annual Reports/Annual Report prepared & drafted and provided highlights/feedback to AP Managers of Coastal area

Support Technical Program Baseline and Evaluation

Contribute AP level TP Baseline/Evaluation planning and conducting process as sample selection, data collection, data entry, data analysis, data validation as per the baseline/evaluation plan at AP levelBaseline report/ITTs with targets completed within the first year of implementationAP level technical project baseline survey establishedITTs completion and quality of framework, context specific tools ensured for monitoring at AP level

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

3 years of progressive experience in programme/project monitoring.3 years of general experience in programme/project planning and surveying.Teaching and training experiences is preferable.Bachelor's degree in social studies, Social Science or Computer Studies is preferable.Good planning and organizing skill.Good team player.Good communication, persuasion and cooperation skills.Diverse and comfortable to perform well in cross cultural and different religions.Ability to learn LEAP and TD frames is preferable.Report writing in English is essential.
