We are looking for a temporary Coating Inspector - NACE level 1 Painting and Coating candidate to join our Field Operations team at U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO). Our Coating Inspector will provide inspection of the contractor's quality of work in accordance with the client's policies and procedures as it relates to coating of steel pipe and fittings, structural steel, vessels, and other miscellaneous steel\/piping. Current U.S. Passport required and in-depth background check must be cleared to gain access to the military base. \n\nA high school diploma or GED is the preferred minimum formal education for this position.\nA minimum of Two (2) years of past experience in the application and inspection of coating in the petroleum or chemical industries. Experience with materials management, coatings, and new construction strongly preferred. \nNACE Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level 1 (minimum required). \nExperience and competence with SSPC\/NACE & MPI Standards & Codes, and applicable EM-385 \/ OSHA standards.\n\n
