Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 02:00pm)Wash and clean glass correctly.Adjust for all standard type parts.Clean and foil machines as required.Cut plastics and shields for parts.Complete documentation properly and neatly.Maintain a heightened level of focus on SAFETY.Make sure all tooling to be used is in good working orderResponsible for the care of the tooling that is used for operations.Perform Q.C. on most types of glass and perform most types of testing. Manages the activities of workers engaged on the cleaning line.Conduct on employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.Ensure employees follow the work instruction make sure they work within the allotted time for the task (unwrapping, wrapping, cleaning, etc.). Set a good example for the trainees and ensure that all procedures are followed (no shortcuts).Identify nonconforming products and inform manager.Coating Line Lead Inspector Qualifications:
Must have leadership experienceAble to lift up to 50lbsStand for 8 hoursMust have optical or aerospace backgroundExperience with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicalsAbility to supervise and train cleaning staffProblem-solving skillsTime management to prioritize cleaning tasks efficientlyApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
