Complete Description:
The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking a legacy mainframe COBOL developer, preferably with R*STARS experience (online and batch), to augment staff supporting our legacy accounting system. The work activities may include Working with customers to Define Requirements, Document Requirements, Update existing Documentation, Designing, Coding, Testing, Implementing software changes and providing Production Support in an IBM mainframe environment.
