Key Responsibilities 

 
As a Marketing Intern at Coca-Cola, you will join a dynamic team focused on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market leadership. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing. 

Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments.Review and analyze consumer and market research data to uncover valuable insights that inform brand strategies and messaging.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.Support the coordination of product launches, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Requirements: 

Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Greece. No visa sponsorship is provided. Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12 month internship. Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills) Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment. Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships. Relevant knowledge: Knowledge in marketing principles, creativity, digital marketing, social media, market research and data analysis.
