To provide efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, professional top quality bar.
Responsibilities Properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient service area of the bar throughout the shiftPerform our guest services by using the Moments of Service guidelinesResponsible for ringing orders into Micros, and delivering orders to the tableContinually check back with guestsKeep all supplies stockedClean, clear and reset service areasProtect the hotel from liability with regard to over serving guestsComplete all duties as assigned by managerAssist bartender when neededEnsure tables are set up properlyAid guests in locating other areas of the hotel (walk them to destination if possible)Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessionsFamiliarity with food and drink menusAdhere to cash handling standardsFollow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean uniform and professional personal appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assetsFollow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications Qualifications Previous serving experience preferredMust be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysTABC and Food Handler certifications are requiredCandidates must be able to speak fluent English Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
