Job Description:
The Cocoa Sustainability Analyst plays a central role in supporting Mars cocoa sustainability programs, leading supplier performance measurement and program monitoring, and ensuring quality data for internal and external reporting. The cocoa sustainability analyst supports the global cocoa team by acting as the steward of our cocoa sustainability data, leveraging data science, technology and knowledge management systems to support the Mars Cocoa for Generations strategy.
What are we looking for?Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science Degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Economics, Data Science, Statistics, International Development or similar.)Experience in data analysis, database management, and data visualization leveraging programs such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, R, etc.Familiarity with GIS software for data analysis and visualization.Experience building and/or launching new digital products and processes, from conception through to launch engagement with multiple stakeholders.Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.Ability to work with a multi-cultural team across time zones.Preferred:
