ORGANISATION OVERVIEW:
The Nordic Medical Review Team is critical to the business and is essential to the success of the Nordic affiliates. The team consists of four people who approve promotional and educational materials to communicate to healthcare professionals about Lilly’s innovative medicines.
All team members are integrated into their local country and work with all the Product/Brand Teams within their country. It is helpful if the Code Approvers can also approve materials for other Nordic countries for back-up purposes.
The Nordic team within Lilly is part of a broader Northern European Hub (NE Hub) Medical Review Team, which includes UK and Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your primary responsibility is to approve promotional and educational materials for use by Lilly.
Review, approve and act as a Code Approver Specialist for Lilly’s promotional and educational materials and ensure that all programmes and materials are 100% compliant with the Danish Code, scientific and medical data, local policies and procedures, and legislation.Contribute to the development and upkeep of Material Lifecycle Process (MLP) including simplification, process improvements and efficiencies.Positively partner with other functions on multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all materials follow compliance from conception.Demonstrate PMAP (Promotional Material Approval Process) and Code experience and expertise through training, sharing best practice, meetings and advice, and coach and train team members and cross-functional colleagues in matters related to PMAP and Code.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Code.BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Danish registered Pharmacist or Physician Excellent knowledge of Danish CodeFluent in business EnglishPassion for Medical Review and strong interest in industry complianceProactive leader with excellent communication skillsDESIRABLE:
