Are you passionate about fostering vibrant communities and ensuring residents'' satisfaction? Join our dynamic team at Associa, a leading property management company dedicated to enhancing the living experience in our managed properties. We are currently seeking two proactive and enthusiastic Code Enforcement Specialists to support our community management initiatives.

\n

A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

\n

\n

Schedule:

\n\nFull time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday\n\n\n\n\n

Compensation:

\n\nHourly position at a rate of $19.00 based on experience\n\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nNotify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and
electronically.\nRespond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of
complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.\nInvestigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.\nSchedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve
minimum property standards.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

Requirements:

\n\nValid FL Drivers License with a clean driving record, candidates must pass a background check with driving record.\nReliable vehicle with mileage reimbursement included.\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nAbility to use technology in an efficient and proficient manner with tools such as smart phones, tablets, computers and system software's.\nKnowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.\nKnowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\n\n
