Tasks and Qualifications:

Your challenge:

The Supervisor’s function is to supervise the mechanical and electrical subcontractors involved in the installation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive the installation team in building the system following the mechanical and electrical drawings and installation procedures with respect to the Dematic quality guidelines and to the safety rules.

- Assist the Installation Manager with process and quality improvements to enhance existing installation activities.

- Ensure the completion of mechanical and electrical installation within the schedule, highlighting potential critical issues or delays.

- Provides the project manager, site manager and/or customer with on-site reporting on schedule and resources.

- Produce, open and close out snagging lists.

- Complete quality checklists to ensure a high-quality installation.

- Mark up drawings with any modifications and ensure these are transmitted to the office.

Who are we looking for?

A middle candidate with the following features:

- Engineering degree or technical diploma in mechanical, electrical or similar studies.

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, such as Supervisor or Site Manager.

- Mechanical and electrical experience in the industrial handling field.

- Ability to work at height with MEWPs

- Experience of working with subcontractors.

- Availability to travel worldwide up to 90% of the time.

- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office, Adobe and AutoCAD suites.

- Strong ability to meet targets, take the initiative, work autonomously and collaborate in a team.

- Valid driving licence.
