Position Summary:
The COE Master Data Senior Analyst will be pivotal in aligning our systems and processes to ensure seamless operations and data integrity. This role will focus on master data management, governance, automation, and the integration of systems to support the Global Planning Center of Excellence
Responsibilities:
Systems Integration: Assist in the integration of various systems to ensure they work together seamlessly and support business processes. Master Data Management: Perform master data management activities following organizational compliance policies, while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of master data across all systems Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the COE Process and System Improvement Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to systems and processes. Best Practices Implementation: Support the development and implementation of best practices on data governance, plus systems and process integration. Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain data quality standards, driving clean up initiatives when needed, with the goal of ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Business Units, to understand and address data-related needs and challenges. Project Management: Lead and participate in projects related to data management and systems integration, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into data quality and process performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in data management or systems integration are a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP master data management or systems integration. Proven track record of implementing automation solutions. Experience with data governance and data quality management. Experience in leading and managing projects. Experience working with SAP enterprise solutions, including: SAP S4 Hana and SAP IBP SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) SAP Fiori and other SAP user interfaces Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in SAP Material & Business Partner data management, functional master data, governance practices and integration tools. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in a global or multinational company. Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and data migration projects. Knowledge of industry best practices for data management, governance and process integration. Experience with data visualization other productivity tools such as Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Smartsheet, WinShuttle).
