The Principal Specialist, COE SAP Order to Cash role is focused on the support of production solutions and enhancement of Collins Aerospace Order to Cash systems including, but not limited to, Quotations, Standard Orders, Consignment, Scheduling Agreements, Returns, Credit and Debit Memos, ATP, GATP, Back Order Processing, Material Determination, Sales BOM’s, pricing, billing/invoicing, Customer Master, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), AOPB, Export compliance, Deliveries- Inbound and Outbound, standard, subcontracting, third-party, drop-ship, deliveries without reference. Delivery due list, Route determination, delivery forms, labels and picking processes.  Shipments, Packing Instructions, handling units, shipping forms, Bill of Lading, shipping and customer specific labeling.

** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **

What YOU will do:

Works to select, implement, develop, maintain, and support business systems and DT applications through understanding of the business processes and their implications, then applying process improvement concepts for simplification and productivity to support business goals and objectives.

Manage internal and external stakeholders. Align digital services, service levels, technology, management, and initiatives with business strategies and needs. Represent the business in Enterprise wide and/or corporate initiatives.

Act as a primary DT-business contact and advocate for delivery of high-quality digital services. Work with DT Stakeholders in Operations, Quality, Sales & Distribution, Security, Infrastructure, Project Management to manage and document the Digital Technology portfolio of solutions.

Responsible for alignment of business systems through technology selection, development, configuring and testing of both new applications and legacy systems; which requires knowledge of business processes, systems architecture, development processes for improved design, as well as understanding of systems integration for applications.

When applicable, act as a liaison between the business, DT threads, and company leadership utilizing the Major Incident Management (MIM) process during SAP outages and large work stoppage situations.

Qualifications you must have :

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Experience with SAP Order to Cash.

Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), AOPB, Export compliance.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with SAP order to cash, SAP Service Management, SAP ChaRM,

Microsoft O365 products, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams

Hybris, knowledge of GTS (Global Trade Services) integration

United States export ITAR and EAR related regulations regarding export shipment.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
