About this opportunity:

As a COE SF Administrator at Ericsson, you will play a pivotal part in preserving the organization's human resource value by completing assorted HR administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing data in our various IT systems to guarantee data quality, all within our standard processes, procedures and work instructions.

What you will do:

Manually enter and upload data into IT systems.Develop and distribute standard reports for various stakeholders.Perform regular data cleaning to maintain the quality and integrity of our HR databases.Manage both internal and external correspondence regarding HR matters.Update HR websites with the latest policies, initiatives, and updates.Resolve escalated tickets and communicate pertinent feedback to end-users.Escalate complex tickets to specialists for prompt and precise resolution.Draft and prepare contracts and agreements on an individual basis.Contribute operational knowledge and expertise to various HR projects.

The skills you bring:

People data management.SAP SuccessFactors/HRMS experienceStakeholder ManagementDegree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.Good communication skills0-2 years work experience
