About this opportunity:

In this position, you will lead and manage outstanding People transactional services within a dictated Service Management Framework. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to defined KPI's and SLA's, with an unwavering focus on satisfying our stakeholders.

What you will do:

Organize resources, while preparing alternative backup plans.Schedule activities in line with HR process timetables.Allocate tasks among delivery team members.Guarantee adherence to work instructions by having vital documents ready.Ascertain availability of relevant systems.Monitor performance, cost, and quality through target and KPI measurements.Uphold compliance with data privacy legislation.Oversee and execute process releases.Collaborate with Process Management
