Five Star Breaktime Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead customer engagement, drive retention, and promote growth in our Refreshment Services division. What You’ll Do: + Build strong relationships with corporate and individual customer contacts. + Visit client locations to conduct surveys and ensure satisfaction. + Serve as the key liaison across all business lines (Refreshment Services, Markets, Vending, Dining). + Work with operations and management to ensure customer needs are met with urgency and professionalism. + Identify opportunities to expand services and increase sales. + Conduct location inspections to ensure company standards are upheld. + Address customer concerns and implement solutions to improve service. + Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. + Attend industry events and conferences as needed (travel required). What We’re Looking For: + Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management. + Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. + Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals. + Professionalism: Ability to represent our company values with integrity. + Travel: Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays as needed.
