Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled **Coffee Processing Coordinator** to join our client’s team in Essex Junction, VT. This position requires a strong understanding of coffee processing operations, including forklift operation, quality control, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and follow strict safety protocols. **Available Shift:** Friday through Sunday, every other Thursday; 5:55 PM - 6:10 AM **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Competitive weekly pay: $24.00 per hour + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + Experience in coffee processing or a related field + Forklift certification + Strong mechanical aptitude + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Attention to detail and accuracy + Basic computer skills, including SAP proficiency **Key Responsibilities:** + **Forklift Operation:** Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished products. + **Process Control:** Monitor and adjust processing parameters to ensure product quality and consistency. + **Quality Assurance:** Perform quality checks on green beans, roasted coffee, and flavored coffee. + **Equipment Maintenance:** Conduct routine maintenance on processing equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. + **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies. + **SAP Transactions:** Utilize SAP to input and track production data. + **Operator Interface Panels:** Operate and monitor processing equipment through user-friendly interfaces. + **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to strict safety guidelines and regulations. **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
