Job Details The Coffee Shop Aide prepares and serves food to staff and visitors, demonstrating appropriate customer service skills. Responsibilities: Replenishing food, beverages, paper goods, and condiments as necessary Cash register operation Cash handling and related record keeping Following safe food handling as per HACCP guidelines Operates, cleans, and maintains coffee shop equipment Requirements High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience is required Must have strong communication (both oral & written) Cash handling and customer service skills Must be flexible with schedule (Weekends, Days, Evenings & Holidays are required) and able to work in stressful environment Able to read and write legibly, bilingual, preferred Able to sweep, mop and clean cooking surfaces Salary Range USD $23.79 - USD $29.40 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
