Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Content Manager OnDemand and a strong background in Retail Banking. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of IBM Content Manager OnDemand solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and deployment of technical projects ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and operational procedures.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures safeguarding sensitive data and information.Participate in project planning and estimation activities providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system capabilities.Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experiences in the Retail Banking domain.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical roles with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Demonstrate extensive experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand including design implementation and troubleshooting.Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking understanding industry-specific challenges and requirements.

Certifications Required

IBM Certified Specialist - Content Manager OnDemand Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
