Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenText Content Server OpenText Physical Objects and OpenText Directory Services. Experience in Regulatory Compliance Specialization is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality solutions that impact society positively.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using OpenText Content Server to ensure efficient content management.Implement and manage OpenText Physical Objects to streamline physical records management.Configure and support OpenText Directory Services to enhance user authentication and directory integration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OpenText-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize application performance.Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity and security.Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest OpenText technologies and trends.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all development activities.Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and supporting team members in achieving project goals.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using OpenText Content Server.Demonstrate expertise in managing OpenText Physical Objects for efficient records management.Show proficiency in configuring and supporting OpenText Directory Services for user authentication and integration.Have experience in gathering requirements and delivering solutions that meet business needs.Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills to provide technical support for OpenText-related issues.Participate actively in code reviews and adhere to best practices and coding standards.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.Conduct system audits and performance tuning to optimize application performance.Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and patches.Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest OpenText technologies.Work closely with stakeholders to provide technical solutions that align with business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all development activities.Share knowledge and support team members to achieve project goals.
